Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We have a 90 days return policy, which means you can return your order whenever you want within 90 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective

 

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at Support@shilahoney.com with your order number to receive your return authorization so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

Exchanges

 

    • To exchange your purchase, simply email us at support@royalviphoney.shop to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

    • All Wholesale transactions are final and cannot be returned except if the items you receive are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch if you have questions or would like to exchange the items.

 

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

 

REFUNDS

 

  • Refunds are often completed within 10-14 business days which includes the shipping time. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

  • For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

This is important in order to comply with consumer protection regulations. It avoids claims by customers that are not satisfied with products they purchase.
